Whales Painting Services · Project Case Study
Customer: Susan | Location: Sevierville | Completed in: 7 days
At a modern home in Sevierville, bare vertical wood siding around the entrance became a gray-painted exterior accented by dark door trim and a natural wood soffit. The project was completed in seven days using different colors and paint bases, and the customer was happy with the result. This project photo sequence shows the preparation stage and the finished entrance.

The preparation photograph shows bare vertical boards around the double-door entrance and adjoining window. The dark door and window frames were already in place. Access involved working at different heights beneath the sloped roofline.
The work-in-progress photograph shows joint preparation on the siding, with sealant visible along board seams. Coverings protect the deck near the entrance, and nearby furniture is covered. These details document the work area before the wall finish was completed.
The photo sequence focuses on the vertical siding surrounding the entrance. The finished photograph shows a gray wall finish set against the dark door frame and fascia. The natural wood soffit remains visually distinct, adding warmth above the entrance.
